USA Shipping

We offer paid rates on DHL, UPS options and USPS Ground within the USA.

These are calculated rates at checkout and it gives you, the shopper, the option to choose a service that suits you most.

We offer flat rate shipping for masks within the USA. 

We're sorry but we do not ship masks on their own internationally at this time. They can be ordered with an umbrella and the international shipping rate for an umbrella will apply. 

Your order will ship from us in 3 business days. Once your order leaves us how long it takes to deliver depends on your shipping method.

If you choose UPS Ground shipping option for example, your order will arrive within 1-5 business days after it ships, depending on your location.

Please be aware that there may be COVID related delays with your selected shipping carrier. 

Our team takes a much-deserved break on weekends and federal holidays, so orders placed on those days will be shipped the following business day. 

International Buyers:

By continuing to payment method, please note that items shipped outside of the United States may be subject to import duties, taxes and/or charges which are not included in the total cost of your order, nor will they covered or reimbursed by japarra umbrellas. You are responsible for paying any import duties, VAT, tariffs, or any other fees charged by the carrier for customs clearance. You are responsible for paying these fees upon delivery. 

Please check with your local customs authorities to determine what these additional costs will be prior to placing and completing your order.

Duties and taxes are NOT included in the total at checkout. They are determined by the customs agency of your destination country. Payment of any duties and import taxes is the responsibility of the recipient, and these fees (I.C.O.D) are collected at the time of delivery.

Please note that to comply with International laws, japarra umbrellas will state the full value of your order on the commercial invoice and any other paperwork submitted to customs, minus any charges for shipping.

Returns

You can submit your return request via our Contact Email below within 14 calendar days from your order arrival. 

Full packaging, along with the umbrella, must be returned within 14 calendar days from the initiation of a return request. 

We will not refund any shipping and handling charges, and we reserve the right to reduce the refund amount by any additional fees related to the return of the product. We will not issue any refunds for international orders that are lost or destroyed. 

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days of the return package arrival and you are approved for return. 

You will receive an email confirmation once your return has been processed. Your financial institution may take longer to reflect the transaction.
